Risotto alla Milanese - Rich Gallo



Riso Gallo - Risotto alla Milanese. Prepared
dehydrated to partially pre-cooked rice for risotto with saffron.
175 g / 6.17 Oz.

Ingredients:

parboiled rice, potato starch, salt, spices, maltodextrin, cheese, yeast extract, onion, sugar, saffron 0.03%.

Manufactured in a facility that also uses cereals containing gluten, nuts, milk, fish, crustaceans, molluscs and their derivatives.

How to prepare:


pours two glasses of cold water for every cup of rice (175 grams of rice = 450 ml. of water).
Stir and bring to a boil.






Since the water boils, cook for about 12 minutes, stirring occasionally.








Before the liquid is completely absorbed, turn off the stove, and add a little oil or butter.
Add the Parmesan cheese to taste.





E 'can add half a glass of milk or cream, reducing the water in proportion.
